I called and made an appointment on Friday for the next day for an estimate. They took my name and number and told me to come in around noon. I show up and find out that "the guy who does the insurance estimates is not there." - His daughter graduated that day. Why give me an appointment when no one will be there and why not the courtesy of a phone call. Bad from the start.
