If all you want is a quick purchase of tires, then fine. But that`s about it. I used to go there regularly, but once I went for a 4-wheel alignment but I only got a report for the front wheels. When I questioned this, the guy at the counter, Harley, became ajitated and told me my car was too old and rusted to adjust. But that doesn`t explain why I didn`t get the report for the back wheels. Later I tried to call ... view moreand talk sense to the owner, but I could hear Harley in the background ranting about how "he came in here with four mis-matched tires, etc". First of all, the tires were all matched and purchased at the same time - FROM THEM. Secondly, this still wouldn`t explain why they didn`t give me a report for all four wheels on the alignment. The owner politely told me to take my business elsewhere. Very good advice! I haven`t been back since.

today i called Silver City and...

today i called Silver City and got a price on a set of tires...their price was the lowest yet. i was skeptical because the total was 52 dollars less than all 4 other places, but they said "come right in you never need an appointment for tires" - i went in and i was out in 40 min with 4 new tires at the price they said and a free air gauge thing. -- so cool. great service. great price. nice people.
