I`m not quite sure what Jessie`s problem is at this dealership but his business practices are extremely shady. He has strung me along for months on the repair of my car and when I call him to check on ordered parts he practically lauphs at me. He is beyond rude and totally unprofessional in every single way. He NEVER returns calls and he speaks to me as if he is holier than thou because he has complete control ove... view morer my car repair and I am at his mercy. Whenever I do manage to speak to him he says...the part will be here next week....oh I ordered the wrong part....and so on and so on. Well no more. I will announce to every single person i see and post on every single complaint site I can find so that everyone knows NOT to deal with this obnoxious human being. Its really too bad because the rest of the dealership has wonderful professional people working for them. If my car is not repaired to my satisfaction by the end of this week I will be taking this company to small claims court.

They will Rip You Off

This place should be avoided at all costs. This goes for both Sales and Service. They will sell you something and not stand by their product. Than when it breaks they accept no responsibility. Their service department doesn`t even have the professionalism to return phone calls. Run away from this place as fast as you can. Believe me, you will be happier if you go somewhere else.
