Owner`s name is Joe. He`s been lock up for insurance fraud and all other problems. This company has been sue numerous time for theft. They tend to steal things left in the car that was towed to the shop. After so much complaints and lawsuit, I dont know why the city gives them authorization to tow and medallions. You can go to Brooklyn or Queens small claims court clerk`s office and you can check on the computer how ... view moremuch times they were sued. Good business doesn`t get sue all the time. Take your business somewhere else. You don`t want your car get stuck there when Joe get arrested for god knows what. Good Luck.

Greatest Collision Experience ever !!!!!!!!!

i must say theses guys took a bad situation and made it very easy. I have been in several accidents in my many years of driving and have always gone to the insurance pro shops. This time i decided to leave it with Knights Collision. The people were nice and friendly and the place was amazing. Anyway they repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion and since i was not able to make it in to get my vehicle when it was compl... view moreete the Manager Robert had it delivered to my door. When i seen the vehicle i was shocked it never looked so good. I am extremly satisfied and wanted everyone to know if you need repairs this is were you want it done.
