NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

I purchased a vehicle and the experience was pretty good.The car was cleaned and ready as promised..I was given a temporary registration and told I would get a call when my plates and registration was ready.Well, 2 plus months later no call or plates.If i did not repeatedly keep calling I would never have been called.I was told several times the plates would be here in a week and yet they never arrived.Many stories w... view moreere told to me but still no plates.I didn`t understand why not just say it takes 3 months to get plates and I would have to understood instead of lying about it.Next time just be honest and go about selling cars!!Most people are fairly intelligent and will understand our great motor vehicle system.Unfortunately,the issue has yet to be resolved and the plates have not been delivered as promised.In closing,my point is just be honest and up-front with your customers and they probably will recommend you to their friends when they are looking to purchase their next used car vehicle.
