No class and respect

Recently I was shopping for a new Honda Accord so I decided to use their online service to be contacted ok no return email and no call so I go in to get information so while I`m there the sales manager is yelling in the showroom to 2 of the sales staff. He belittled them and made me not want to buy a car there at all! They have no class, they r rude and inconsiderate

Decent place for Honda Service

I`ve always had decent service. I`d like to comment on 1laila`s review about the broken windshield - I`ve had a similiar incident, where I brought my car in and my driver`s side mirror was broken during the time it was in their possession. They fixed it promptly and did not charge me a cent. They were apologetic and very friendly throughout the situation. I`ve been going back to them for Honda service since.

Negative four stars!

Terrible business. My co-worker brought her CRV in for Oil change and NYS Inspection. They changed oil and did inspection. Put NYS Inspection sticker on windshield. They passed vehicle for inspection. Then sometime after that ,during their possesion of the vehicle, the windshield got broken.

When my coworker picked up her vehicle they explained that somehow this was her fault, they denied liability, an... view mored told her to get it off their property. They refused to repair the windshield, and refused to pay for the damage.

She should have filed police report for property damage.

The Older service ""Manager"" was rude nasty and told her that under no circumstance would they accept liablity.

This business should be ashamed of their foul tactics. Beware of their unlawful disregard for you property while in their possession.
