I had purchased a used car and started experiencing problems with in the first couple weeks. This was an older used car (2007) and i brought it in for service. After receiving a loner car we found out the car had more problems then we thought, and thats usually not the case at a dealer ship. This is not a buy here pay here place. So i spoke with Gabe the sales manager and told him that i no longer wanted the car, he ... view moretold me he would speak with Teddy and Steve about the issue. I asked for a new car and thats exactly what i got. It took a few weeks to get done between the finance company and all the other things that needed to be changed over to the new car, but totally worth the wait. I had a loner car while all this was going on and drove off with my basically brand new car. Juan Garcia is a great sales man, Lonnie in the service department was more the helpful and the sales managers Gabe and Alex were terrific. Totally recommend this dealer. The outcome of the problem is what makes me more then happy. They take care of there customers and thats what counts
