My husband and I have had previous work done on our cars here and have never had a problem. I`m not sure if they`ve changed ownership or whether the worker`s have changed but I would not advise anyone to use them for service. My son took my car in for an inspection for $6.95 with the coupon which states for most cars. I received a call from an Eric, very heavily accented, who said I needed new front brakes - mind you... view more that this same facility replaced my brakes 1 1/2 yrs ago. He said the cost was $319 for the front brakes - when I said I had a coupon for $49.95 - he said I gave you the coupon price - that`s with labor. When I said I just had all the brakes replaced there and the total for all 4 was around the same price - he said that`s what it is. I told him to forget it and asked my son to pick the car up - I`d take it elsewhere. When my son went to pay - Eric threw the coupon back at him for the inspection and said that is on for cars made in "93,"94, and "95 that we don`t have to hook up. Pardon me - but " most cars" seems to be very limited for the inspection price of $6.95. He then continued to argue with my son, who couldn`t understand him. Then he started talking in Spanish as my son was leaving and even opened the window and continued to shout things at him as he left. I intend on contacting the owner as well as the BBB and State Attorney General concerning their coupons and treatment of customers.

Best car repair in Buffalo

I want to thank Jay , he saved me 314.00 and fixed my car at Valu for half the price every one else wanted to charge me, I will send every one I know to Valu auto care you cn be sure of that!
