Expensive and valueless

My wife`s mini van started to sputter in the rain so we decided to have the car checked so that we could proceed. I was told at 8:30AM Johnny could get to plugging the computer around noon. At 11 I called Johnny and told him that I decided to not have him diagnose the car. He then told me that he had already plugged the car in to his computer and the charge was $79 plus tax. If that took 15 minutes, he charged m... view moree an hourly rate of nearly $300. I would not let him wipe the windshield of my car.

Sloppy and expensive

Guy screwed up a fluid change (used wrong oil and mix coolant/water . Even though I saw most of the mistakes he lied to cover himself. He know how to charge this and his quote on tires prices were high.
