AWFUL PLACE

This company is the worst I`ve ever dealt with in my life. I was involved in a car accident and my vehicle was towed to this shop. I had a friend drive me to the shop to retrieve my car within two hours. I still had blood on my hands from a facial cut, my shirt was stained with blood, I had no ID because it was inside my car on the lot. A man who I later learned was the business owner stood there screaming at me ... view moreto go get a release form from the police station. I tried explaining to him that I needed to retrieve my purse but he didn`t care. In fact, his exact words to me were, "I DON`T GIVE A F***! GET A RELEASE FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT! YOU AIN`T GETTING ACCESS TO THE VEHICLE UNTIL YOU HAVE A F****** RELEASE AND PAY THE TOW BILL. ARE YOU STUPID?"
