i went there with my 2001 Murccury Grand Marquis, was having trouch with the front -end, shaking. I had already put four new tires. they supposly fixed the woopling and verring in the front end.they replace the front tie rodsand replace four monroe sensa tracks, which were less then a year old and under warrent. total cost was $700.00. wel it ended up becomeing worst, I took the care to my local mechanic who took one... view more look and found, that the shocks were shot and one shock wasn`t even attached on the bottem, and a bad idler arm. Pepboys didn;t even take it for a run after they finished there work. My guy charge me $400 parts and labor and the care rides like new. I went to Gibralter in yonkers near the cross county shopping center, this guy is great.

worst service

avoid this place, you will save money.
if you need anything done on your car don`t go here they will stiff you 100 bucks to check the problem then rediculous estimate as much as your cars worth.
They gave me an estimate $1500 to fix the heating on my car, my mechanic fix it for $300.
