They bait and swich! My mother was told she was per approved for a car by their sales man Ian Schneider. He said the car was ready for her. They set up a time for her and my step dad to see it. They traveled an hour and a half in a snow storm to see this car only to be told when they got there that it wasn`t ready to be sold but they had 2 other cars to show them that were more money!
