This was a spur of the moment ...

This was a spur of the moment repair and I was very satisfied. The customer lounge had Fox News Channel on, which I LOVE. It took maybe 30 to 45 minutes to complete the repair. My advisor (a young lady named Ms. Urbaba) could not have been more helpful and attentive. She went beyond the call of duty for me. Overall, a wonderful experience.
