I have been to so many places ...

I have been to so many places for my 2002 Chev Impala and no one has been as effecient as Kramers. Meineke has been my car care place but it always seems that there is more problems that I have to come back and they are not around the corner. I wanted to find a place that was close to home and that would know what they were doing, and that they would be knowledgeable with my car. Until I found Kramers I was disapo... view moreinted time and time again. My father died of cancer and the car was willed to me and it is very special and dear to me. I explained my situation to Kramers and they were so very kind and understanding to my situation. He kept it for the day, called me first to let me know what was wrong and the price to fix it, drove it after the work was done to make sure it was ok, and kept it overnight just to make sure. The next day, he offered to drop the car off at my house, but i was renting a car while it was being repaired becasue I did not know the extend. He offered to drop the car off at the rental place so it would be there when I dropped off the rental. It was a blessing that I found Kramers and i will tell you what, they did not take advantage of a woman, and they couldn`t have been any kinder and knowledgeable and I would recommnd them to anyone. It was worth taking the chance. Thank you Kramers for all you have done for me. God Bless!!! I will see you when I need my next oil change.....
