They did not call when the vehicle was done. Apparently I`m supposed to know. Then when I did call, I asked them when they closed, they said "6". I told them my husband and I would be there prior to 6 to pick up the vehicle as I get off at 5. We got there at 5:45 and they were closed and locked up. No phone call to check and verify or ask us to come get it sooner.
