First class service from start to finish. This is a family business and the McDonald family conducts its business at a high level. Neat, clean efficient front office and shop, friendly, professional service, with a customer-focused approach. McDonald coordinated with my insurance company, arranged for my car rental, finished repairs a day ahead of schedule, and explained all work done on the Jeep. Couldn`t have been a better experience

McDonald was recommended to me, thru a friend, I had a fender bender with my mercedes. I walked thru the front door and was greated promptly, even though the staff was finishing a meeting. As I was waiting I couldn`t help but overhear, this meeting the staff was dicussing each and every vehicle in the shop, what was going on, when the vehicle were due out. I thought tha was fantastic. After the meeting, I was gr... view moreeated by another gentleman who "checked" me in, we went over the damage, including items that have happend ove rthe years. He told me when the vehicle would be complete, not only did they make that time, but it was done a day early. and the work quality is fantastic. I`ll recomend to all my friends.
