Went for 4 tires on a Saturn....

Went for 4 tires on a Saturn. It took an hour just to get it into the shop. Overall, a 3 hour installation (mounting and balance). Service called to survey me, I said I wasn`t happy. No follow-up. Later I went to a GM dealer on a different matter and asked them to check a vibration in the steering. Guess what? Wheels were out of balance. Apparently the owners (Russamano) don`t have a clue on customer satisfactio... view moren. But I get their robocall from Ms. Russamnao about scheduled mantainence. Maybe they can fix a Kia, but stay away from this place otherwise.

I need to change 4 tires on ou...

I need to change 4 tires on our Tacoma, I was there wait for 3 hours for the services on a not busy morning, overall their service was not too...too bad, but something I was really disappointed so I have to call it out, it was after all the service done, they charge to $110 extra for alignment, when they gave me the quote before the service - the complete cost was $870 including the 4-new tires, labor, disposal the ... view moreold tires + tax..etc and alignment was listed 0, then after the service was done, they charge me over $980, of cause I did not want to pay the extra $110, they insist that they already told me verbally, finally I paid the full price of cause I wasn`t so happy when I paid , If they told me in advance for the cost that they might charge me, I could estimate how much extra I might have to paid...and I will be happy to paid. I was unhappy and very disappointed for them to FORCE me to paid this cost after everything was done...
