In these times, I like many try to save money when I can. I needed a new water pump installed and Frank (president) quoted $530 for the part. I did a search online and found his price was retail but the pump was readily available for less than $150. When I spoke to Frank about this, he told me to pick up my car that he wasn`t going to "do this". I felt Frank`s reaction was rude, shortsighted and I will not refer him to anyone.
