Will never set foot in Sansone...

Will never set foot in Sansone`s again. We did our homework on a new Sienna. After driving it we got down to business. 2 people sat across for us, 2 stood behind us, and 2 next to us. We stated a fair price and they got all upset saying we were stealing from them. We definitely felt like they were trying to intimidate us. They weren`t including a factory discount that we were eligible for. They were trying to ... view morekeep it. We went to Crystal Auto Mall and got the same van for $80 less and they were extremely easy to work with and mentioned the discount up front. We just got our second car from them. Sansone continues to call and email when I`ve requested numbers time to stop. I just called again to get them to stop calling me and they disconnected me when I called them they left me on hold for 5.5 mins only to tell me they couldn`t find the person.
