They lie to you in your face, I took my car for an alignment that needed to be redone as the car kept pulling to one side because initially was not done correctly. They called back after 2 hours saying your brake line is broken IT JUST BROKE ! car was OK at the moment that I dropped it off. I went back to the shop and they asked $250 for fixing it, brake line was OK and they broke it doing something, God knows what.... view more I had no other option to pay after arguing with those thieves because car does not have brakes and I can`t move it. After 4 hours they guy at the desk called and said you car is done, I went back, paid the money, car is still pulling to one side and I realized they broke the brake line after they switched the tires,(right to left) i had marked the tires before they started to work on the car. (right tire with a red mark) Brake line was broken on the left side and my right tire that I marked was already full of brake fluid mounted on the left side of my car, (but he said he just started working on the car). how did that happen? who moved the tire then? bunch of liars and nobody can do anything because STS protects and lets them steal peoples money easily. Do yourself a big favor, stay away from these thieves and go somewhere else where they know what they`re doing. They broke my brake line, stole my money because I had to paid for their mistake and my car still pulls to one side. Great JOB STS !
