Left Wife stranded with the kids

I have had great experiances with Pat`s towing in the past but that all changed the other day. My wife got a flat tire and call AAA, Pat`s towing was sent to change it. The driver was rude to my wife and let her without changing the tire.

I had to leave work and go change the tire. AAA sent another Pat`s driver out after she called to complain. He was just as rude as the first. He was mad that I was changing t... view morehe tire.

Like I said before I have had great experances with them in the past and maybe they were having a bad day but for two of them to have an attitude...

They need to rememeber that they are in a service industry and like it or not part of their JOB is to deal with people...

best service

I recently had to have my car towed and some repairs done and the service here is best. The tow truck driver was friendly and very helpful and the repair shop gave me a complete explanation of what was needed to get my car fixed. It was even finished when they said it would be!
