I recently went here for a minor noise in the engine. This had to be the worst experience I`ve ever had. I was under the impression your veichle should be returned to you in the same shape or better after work is done. This is far from the case at petersen auto. my interior panels and carpet, along with the exterior were stained with oil and grease. Not only was my veichle trashed, they broke lights in my stereo when removing the dash, my cruise control no longer works and 5 to 10 dollars in change was taken from cup holder and not returned. They also way over charge for parts, I was told one price and payed another in the end. I should have reviewed my bill more carfully, but since they were reffered by a friend i thought i could trust them. when i confrunted the owner, dennis, about it he said he`d get back to me, but i never heard from him, y would i he already had my money. very untrustworthy and i would highly advise anyone from getting ANY work done here.
