I have been getting my 2 cars ...

I have been getting my 2 cars serviced here for the past 3 years with no issues. Now I`m pissed by the way they treated me. I brought my car back because they tightened my oil drain plug too tight and I couldn`t remove it. They refused to loosen it for me. They refused to take responsibility for it. They were patronizing me while they asked if I was turning the plug in the right direction. I heard them laughing after... view more I walked out. The garage was open you idiots. I`m glad to see my situation entertains you. If this is how they treat a loyal customer of 3 years and 2 cars, screw them!
