This marks my 3rd new Audi and the best purchase experience to date. Ask for Joe Sirnna in sales, he is the greatest. Not a bit of pressure. His boss the GM made a point of bringing me coffee personally! Where does THAT happen? Erick in the Service department makes it easy to have anything done. I also work with Ethane and Rich.
