Bad experience at Ted Weins

Ted Weins operates a poor business both in fixing your car and giving good customer service. Ted Weins cheated me and refused to own up to their mistake on my car. I was forced to pay for their mistake. I will never go there again and recommend others don`t either!

stay away!

I moved to Vegas just over 2 years ago and took my car to this place. My elderly father had used them, so I became a customer. I had the van in for a wheel problem...was making a funny noise. $1,000 to fix, plus was told the back shocks were leaking. Took it elsewhere and was told someone left my lug nuts loose and no leaking back shocks! (note: the car was in two weeks earlier for an oil change and the sound started... view more about a week after that.) I wrote a letter, the GM called me and then had his manger call...who merely told me the diagnosis was correct. Now, two years later...I haven`t had any problem. Just thought you all should know this information.
