Not Exited about the Quality

I contacted Star Auto and they sent out another glass installer to do the job on my front windshield ""Edgar y Luis Auto Glass. They did replace my broken windshield with a new one but installed the window trim incorrectly. My chrome like trim fits around the glass, they did this on the top and bottom, but the sides are glued to the front of the windshieldglass instead of the glass going inside the trim.. half... view more in front half in back! Looks like it will come off the first car wash. I called the nice gal at Star Auto who told me that he`s being installing glass for 30 years so it must be okay and besides its warranted for a year! I went by their bussiness so I could point out my complaint. The address on Ali Baba. The office is vacant and for rent. The trim fit is no longer flush and solid, looks botched.

Fast and professional!

Star Auto Glass provides awesome service. Lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and the installer that came out to our home was not only on time but very friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone.
