Mike Hallewell Ripped Me Off!

Mike Hallewell was referred to me by my credit union ""In Touch"". They said he was ""Honest"" and I would have no problems! He purchased a ""Silver Nissan Frontier"" truck in ""Great Shape"". I picked up a ""Brown"" Nissan Frontier"" truck in very poor condition. I called Mike`s Auto Shack and told him he made a mistake and I wanted the truck he described It smells like ""Dirty Diapers"" and missing many parts.He ... view moresold to me for $9,000. Then I called my credit union and demanded they place a ""Stop Payment"" on my check. They refused and he cashed my check and he refused to refund my money. I had ""Nissan"" inspect this truck and they said this truck was in a ""Roll Over,Flood & Head On Collision"". Mr.Hallewell is guilty of (1) False Advertising ( 2)Fraud ( 3) Theft (4) and Non-Disclosure of Damages. He should be sent to prison! This guy is a ""Mormon Bishop""? He needs to REPENT!
