Fake and rip u off!!!!

They seem genuine but aren`t! Tell u to get hazard warranty but then when it comes down to it warranty doesn`t cover anything. I ended up having to buy two new tires a year after we spent $1000 on all new ones! All because they said they checked and did things they didn`t!!

I recently visited the Bruce Scher`s goodyear located on 4445 e charleston. I talked to dave about a vibration in the front of my vehicle. He asked me a few questions and then walked out to my vehicle and examined my front tires. Apparently the last shop i have stopped by Didn`t balance my tires correctly. There was one to many weights on one tire. most places, autoshops i have visited tried to rip me off or sell me... view more new tires when i dont need then.Dave listened to what I had to say. Fixed my problem in no time and sent me on my way a happy camper. I would highly recommend going in and seeing Dave and of course his mecanic that were honest and able to get the job done.

Awful company, MYSTERIOUS part...

Awful company, MYSTERIOUS parts going &quot;bad&quot; within the time they have the car. I first took my car in for a transmission flush, within a week experienced transmission problems and took it into Mazda Dealership in town. Goodyear overfilled the transmission fluid by a quart of fluid, after getting it serviced and back to the right level I then went to get an oil change within a week of the incident. M... view moreid oil change they tell me my water pump is leaking extensively. I called Mazda to verify if they had seen anything and the technician who worked on my car specifically remembers seeing no problem in the water pump. I then brought it back into Mazda only to discover that the water pump had been tampered with only enough as to where it leaked extensively. FAILURE OF A COMPANY. Would not recommend this Charleston location to any person. Not only will I never trust that location to work on ANY car I own, I no longer trust Goodyear Service locations around Las Vegas.
