Back on their word
In December of 2008 they rebuilt our transmission. We are from Texas. It got us home. Just last week (3/3/09) the transmission blew. Less than 3000 miles on my "rebuilt transmission". I was told it had a warranty. Of course they are now saying that the shop in Texas, that fixed it and gave me a real Ford warranty, is not honest. Funny I think it is the other way around! Very upset customer! They should make honor the... view moreir "warranty".
