This shop is not an alternative to the dealer service center. Frank himself serviced my Mercedes twice very costly both times at or above dealership service pricing. His last comment to me was exactly this. Your parts and labor will cost approximately $1600. If you buy the parts I will need to mark-up my labor because I normally mark-up the parts and make money there too. If I don`t do that it`s like me paying t... view moreo have your car repaired. I don`t think so Its more like you being paid a fair price to install provided parts, it might cause you to make less but it certainly is not like you paying to repair my car. This backwards mindset is the problem with mechanics, accustomed to customers with no knowledge of the repair that they can take advantage of, in the age of the internet you can find reasonably priced parts and have them installed by a qualified mechanic you shouldn`t have to be taken advantage of to have a repair done. Once again WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS THEY"RE NOT HONEST AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BECAUSE YOU DRIVE A MERCEDES BENZ
