These people are NOT subaru specialists they are a rip off

I took my 1996 outback to these ppl yesterday and told them that my engine says it?ˆ™s misfiring on cylinder 3 and 4 and that the check engine light is on. I also told them that I wanted to know why it?ˆ™s misfiring and what it will cost to fix it. They kept my Subaru for 2 hours and then called me and told me that they couldn?ˆ™t figure it out and that they needed more time and that they charge $95 an hour, well with that... view more being said I told them that I would just have to come get the car because I don?ˆ™t have that much money to give them just for them to figure out the problem. So when I picked my car up he only charged me for 1 hour but now I?ˆ™m out the $95 and still don?ˆ™t know what it wrong with my car. I?ˆ™m sorry but if you call yourself a specialists in SUBARU`S than I believe 2 HOURS is MORE than enough time with all the tools and technology they have to find out the problem. This man claims to know Subaru?ˆ™s inside and out but in 2 HOURS he couldn?ˆ™t figure anything out and then ripped me off for $95. What kind of business is that? Bad business! Please I encourage you DONT GO HERE!! P.S... So today my sister in law calls him because everyone is pretty ticked off at this point and all he has to say is ?ˆ?so I should just work for free"? She told him no but if you can figure something out you shouldn?ˆ™t charge ppl $95 an hour. She also told him that she could have just went and bought her own compression tester for $95 and he said "Yeah I would like to see her pull those spark plugs out and run a compression test herself" REALLY???? And BTW it was the OWNER who my sister in law was speaking too.
