I hate to admit how much money I overspent with different shops before I was told about Bob at Autotrans. I am a senior, and I don`t always understand things as fast as I used to. Bob takes time to explain exactly what is going on, how much it will cost to fix it, and he`s never tried pressure on me, unlike some other places.
