Best Experience

I had the best experience ever buying a truck from Brad Guffey motors I highly recommend this place if you`re looking for GM vehicle. I have bought vehicles in the past from Brad Guffey motors and service on them has been spectacular.

The Worst

Literally the worst Car repair experience I have ever had. The Service Manager is ridiculously difficult to deal with. I had to take my Chevy there for a repair that was covered under my warranty and they told me that I didn`t have car rental. Which I did. Showed them proof and they refused to give it to me anyway. Told me it was OK to drive my vehicle with a blown head gasket. I finally called GM and filed a complai... view morent and they did make the dealer issue me rental and keep the car until it was repaired. Best bet with this place, call GM before you even schedule an appointment. LOL... Oh and my car was returned with a few new dents and scrapes but, of course, "nobody knew what happened".
