I purchased an item from the seller over the internet. I paid for the item in full including shipping. After the seller had my money he said that he needed an extra $369.00 for extra s&h charges if I wanted to receive the item that I already paid for. The seller kept the $300 I paid for the item and re-sold the item for more money to someone else while I waited for them to ship the item to me.
