The past experience that I have been to NTB was horrible. They assumed that I knew nothing about my own car when I had gotten my tire changed.(I am a woman) I asked them to place my new tire on the back of my car. They told me I was incorrect about this, even though my car is rear-wheel drive. They have a complete lack of respect for anyone it seems. When I asked about them changing it to the back, the mechanic stat... view moreed that I was wrong and when I spoke to the manager he had told me to shut up and that I had absolutly no clue what I was taking about. I was appalled and shocked that I was spoken to in such a way, after spending almost $200 on one tire alone. Bottom line, Terrible customer service and a complete lack of repect for their customer base. It not worth your time or money and you`ll find better places elsewhere.
