fantastic shop and service

This is the best garage in O`Fallon. Work takes a little longer as it is small and there is a back up of people wanting work done there. Great prices, works with customers, and has ALWAYS taken care of me. I have used them numerous times with 4 of my vehicles. They even pointed out a mistake that White auto body had made. (not really a mistake as it was a cover up job that I was charged for) Highway K garage has... view more also done some towing for me too. Very fast there. Average wait on three tows I have used them on to pick up cars that were not running, so they could work on them, 30-45 min. Talk to the ower. Usually answers the phone or is sitting at the customer counter. Great guy. Last they do safety and emissions there also!!!

slow service is typical here

Extremely slow service and very rude to customers. Work is average but they rarely fix a problem the first time.

Honest and Good!!!

Barchy and the guys run a great shop. When they do a safety inspection there isn`t any of this funny business about finding things wrong with your car to make some extra cash. Their honest with you about what must be fixed, what could be fixed, or what they wouldn`t bother with. We only have one vehicle that can carry the car seat and two adults, and they`ve been very accomodating about getting us in and out while... view more I wait on occasions when we can`t arrange to leave the van. The shop can also be a little entertaining as the guys sometimes get into some of the banter you might see from the guys at Orange County Chopper on the TLC American Chopper show. I think these guys are on a mission to prove that car repair doesn`t have to leave you sick to your stomach and light in your wallet.
