RIP OFF ARTISTS. Lou Fusz Ford service center personifies the crooked mechanic. I took my Ford Escape in because my air conditioner did not work. I waited FOUR hours and then they told me my car was ready. They took it upon themselves to "repair" my air conditioner with Stop Leak. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars....but when I told a mechanic friend of mine, he told they should have never put ... view moreStop Leak in a condenser. So, I called two other dealerships and they both agreed that Stop Leak can harm the condenser and never solves the problem. When I complained, they argued with me, saying Stop Leak is okay for a condenser (google it and see what everyone else says--it is NOT good for your condenser) and then they lied and said they asked me before they put the Stop Leak in, which was NOT true. There are good, honest mechanic centers out there, but Lou Fusz Ford is NOT one of them. STAY AWAY.
