Don`t waste your money

Service is poor and they don`t stand behind their products or warranties. Don`t bring your car here, you will end up regretting it! I brought my vehicle in for a new battery in December 2009. I had them install the battery that they recommended. Ever since then my vehicle won`t start any time it`s below about 0 degrees F. I live in MN so this is a good amount of time. There`s a 2 year free replacement warranty and I ... view morehave taken it back in 4 times to try to resolve the problem and they refuse to refund or replace the battery because by the time I get there (after pulling the battery, warming it up in my house, and reinstalling so I can drive in or jump starting the vehicle so I can drive in) of course the battery is charged and the vehicle is warmed up and it starts fine. I have explained the problem to them and they try to tell me that I must have some other wiring problem because the battery is fine. Yeah, a wiring problem that is mysteriously fixed every time by warming the battery up in the house and then mysteriously comes back when it gets cold again. What a joke. Over $100 for a battery that would make a better boat anchor than a battery. I wish I had taken it to a more reputable place to begin with and paid $10 more for a battery that actually worked, what a mistake.
