I would NOT recommend Laurie`s Automotive Services to anyone. I brought my vehicle there after I encountered some problems, and at first they seemed polite and knowledgeable. They replaced one part for $200 and said my car would work better. It didn`t. They fixed another part for $160 and said they thought my car would work better. It didn`t. They wanted me to come back in and said they would "maybe" w... view moreork with me on the bill if they could prove that it was still the same problem. I explained that the EXACT same thing keeps happening to my car, what are the odds it`s multiple problems? The owner got very rude and had a very bad attitude. Personally, that told me a lot about the place. I felt like they were just randomly throwing parts at the problem, hoping to solve it. That`s fine if it`s their car, but if I`m writing the checks, I`d rather have a more educated, professional technician work on my car. I also didn`t want to pay the same person three times to fix one problem. Needless to say, I will definitely not be going back to Laurie`s Automotive.
