Never take your vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care unless you want to be scammed and you like to waste your money. We took our Jeep in for its inspection, they told us it needed $1200 worth of work to pass. We took it for a second opinion to Schultzie`s Truck & Auto Repair in East Greenville after talking to a friend who uses them, and it passed with flying colors. NOTHING was wrong with it. We have learned our ... view morelesson and will not return. Trying not to think about how much they took us for in the years passed and just glad they won`t be able to do so anymore. I understand everyone needs to make a living, but can`t it be an honest living??? I gave it a star because I couldn`t submit a review without clicking one. It deserves no stars.

Worst place ever!!! I`ve been ...

Worst place ever!!! I`ve been doing business with Dip Stix for several years and have been amazed with the honesty and quality of work that I have received. Not to mention the prices. My wife took her car to Firestone and was given a huge list of stuff that they said was detrimental to fix and amounted to over $1500. I had heard a lot of good things about Dip Stix so I took it there to get a second opinion and didn`t... view more tell them what firestone had told me. They found about $200 worth of stuff that needed fixed so I showed them firestones list and they took me out in the shop and went thru the list and showed me there was nothing wrong with 90% of the things Firestone tried to sell me. I myself also had them work on my truck and when a part was needed that they could get used and save me money they offered me that option which I chose and saved $400. There are a lot of crooked shops in every town but I can vouch for Dip Stix they have earned me and my families trust and business. I would highly recommend them over any shop in town!

unprofessional

the oil change is a scam and the tires that were,supposed to last 65000 lasted 30000. I will never buy firestone again
