If I were able to put negataive stars i would in a heartbeat. They have the worst customer service and are SCAMMERS and LIARS just like the other review said. They are rip offs who hungry for $$$$$ and no nothing about doing professional and honest sales. I purchased a car and had a problem because I realized my bill wasnt right.They were trying to charge me things I didnt ask for. They made me go to the "manage... view morer" who was a good for nothing scammer and then he said he wasnt able to make any decision on my issue. Bottom line this location and its workers are not to be trusted!!! car

Best car shopping experience ever!

My Review of Taylor Ford:
Everyone was very friendly; John Mann was by far one of the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I will definitely return when I am ready for another new car. The dealership is thorough and will explain everything to you. Even if you come back three days later! The manager sat down with me personally to go over my questions. Highly recommended dealer and sales man!!

Great Staff!!

Taylor Ford is a great dealer with a very helpful staff. The service department always gets me in and out or gets me a ride to work if they need my car for the day. I have got my last 3 cars from Taylor Ford and will continue to do so for years to come.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TOTAL RIP OFF. ENDED UP PAYING TWICE AS MUCH FOR A CAR THAT BROKE DOWN ON ME THE FIRST WEEK WE HAD IT!! CAR WAS IN A FLOOD AND WHEN I MENTIONED IT TO THE MANAGER HE THREATENED ME AND TOLD ME TO GET THE @#% OUT
