they said 30 to 45 minutes... the guy was there in 25. he had what was needed for the job. i tried to help.... he wouldn`t let me. experience was great. i`m going to need a tow again in a few weeks to get my vehicle back to where it was. i`m going to use these folks again! 5 stars all the way and if they are in your area, and you need a tow, i HIGHLY recommend them. price wasn`t bad either. 50 bucks to... view more hook up and 4 bucks a mile. thanks folks!! a satisfied customer

They were very nice and explained everything about my car, he gave me a few options and price ranges on the repairs. They told me to bring in coupons to save money, and picked me up at work when my car was done.
