Do not honor coupons/incomplete work

I went to pick the car up after leaving it for 2 days, only to find that it was bucked off to 3 different mechanics, half of the work was not completed, no manager on duty, the ground strap was laying on top of the engine, not fastened down, they never even offered to replace a broken hanger strap for free after all of that hassle, No offer to make it right, only a repeated "sorry about that, have a nice day". If you... view more have to beg them to get it right, not worth the hassle, they should step right up & offer a free service or money off deal, as many businesses do nowadays. Found a good garage right down the road, that gives a more focused service for less money & waiting time.
