I am letting the people know of J.D.Byrider/CNAC and J.D.Bradshaw, lets not forget the kalamazoo country court system, which is taking sides of J.D.Byrider and associate side. I went to J.D.Byrider because the bank would not get me a loan. even though I was with the bank for15years. They bank stated I had no credit and needed to establish credit. I went from car dealer to car deal no one help me. then some told me a... view morebout J.D.Byrider. they had a 202 pontiac montana with over 80.000 miles. the price on the montana was 12.000 little over two times the blue book value. I had no credit so I had to give in to establish credit. The price for this vehicle was10.480 after trade in. the payment was 189.00 every other week at 15% interest.I was a victim of a violent crime on 3/24/2012( this is another story of government trickery crime victim compensation as drag this case out for 1.5 years so far and I am still dealing with them). I return the vehicle on 52/2011 after paying over 10.000.Two weeks later CNAC takes money out of my bank account.Then I receive a letter that they sold the vehicle in a action for 800.00 and said I still own over 5000.00. funny the paper work that I read was for 12.000. where did the over 5000.00 come from. Criminal trickery. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, the response for CNAC and associates run down to the court system to put a garnishment on me.Talk about using the the court system to continue their criminal action. Now the court system shows me they are one sided and defend the criminal action of this corporation. So this is what our legal system have develop into. a bunch of criminals helping each other out. I am a Marine Corp vet. I put my life on the line to defend a government system that act this way. This is a sad country now. from the action that I have seen, Corporation and the government system have shown me, they greed one god, the o mighty dollar. Not Bad CNAC and associate, just under 20.000. for a seven year old vehicle that has over 80.000 miles( I also found out the van was in a accident, they failed to inform me about.) How many people out here will pay just under 20.000 for this vehicle. it is bad enough at 12.000.
