Customer service and delivery time is adequate, but be very wary of their warranties. Their "standard" 90 warranty is parts only and does not include any form of labor reimbursement. That means if you buy an engine from them and decline the $500 (or more) "extended warranty", and the engine fails three days later, they`ll provide you with a replacement parts, but absolutely no labor coverage. T... view morehey don`t tell you this up front, and you`ll be stuck paying a shop to replace your engine twice. Not something that`s fun to find out after the fact.

petes parts are junk!

parts are junk, the people are stupid and will only tell you what you want to hear, the prices are higher then other local used parts. i dont recommend this junk yard!
