Dishonest dealer

I could not agree more with jakncoke!! Bought a vehicle here and within 10 days it overheated and needed $1400.00 in repairs. We were without a car for 10 days while it was getting fixed. They drove it to Grand Haven a couple times and I know it overheated on them, if you drove it more than 30 miles it overheated. Someone I work with also bought a vehicle here, her mechanic pointed out 3 things that needed fixing... view more, they say they did 2 of them. But would not replace the battery. Well it lasted about 2 months and needed to be replaced, that and the power steering needed work too. $300.00 later !! So people, DO NOT BUY from these people!!!!!!!!!!!! They are crooks!!!

Worst place to get a car

I am a single mom with 5 kids. I bought an SUV for the room. Nothings but problems since Ive had it. Had to replace the brake pads as soon as i brought it home. Windsheid wipers are broke (front and back), rotors are ruined with rust on back, Shocks gave out so my back end is riding on tires...speakers dont work and theres something rattling under the hood. The warranty stinks. It hardly covers anything plus the... view morey still charge like $85 and hour to check everything out. I don`t know that much about cars and was taken advantage of. Buyers, please have the auto checked by your own mechanic not theres!!!! Ive only had the auto for 6 months. Im lucky I have an extra auto at home or else Id have no way to get back and forth to work or drive my littles around. Plus the place they loan from...omg I had an auto for $6000 I put down $2000 and ended up with a loan for $10000 which I didnt the papers fors 2 months. I was not aware it would be that much or else I would have paid cash for the whole vehicle...Buyer Beware!!!!!
