GREAT SERVICE! Last September...

GREAT SERVICE! Last September, my transmission failed on my 2003 Ford Explorer. I took it to Cottman. They provided me with free analysis&amp; told me I needed a transmission rebuild. Since I had approximately 185,000 miles on it, I didn`t want to spend a lot to fix it. They worked with me and gave me a great deal. 7 months later, I had a transmission light come on again. I only had a 6 month warranty on th... view moree work, but Cottman worked with me, found that the problem was unrelated to the work they had done,and STILL gave me a great deal to fix the new problem. The owner, Rob, personally dealt with me. They provided prompt, high-quality work, and excellent customer service. I would reccomend them to anyone!

Exceptional Service A+

I had a major transmission repair done at Cottman. The work was performed on schedule (2 days), they provided me with transportation to the office and it ended up costing LESS than the original estimate. These guys are great! I`m now bringing both of our cars to Cottman for routine maintainence as well - oil changes, brakes & my wife`s car just had a belt replaced. Never a problem, never a complaint. great work and honesty

I am very thankful that the staff at cottman transmittion were honest .I do not know or understand much about my vehicle and when i started having problems they were great they showed and explained what the problem`s were and kept the job cheap as possible thanks for the great work guys

great price great work

I had my explorer in for a weird noise. It was the transfer case the price was more than fair and the work was quick. I was back on the road in no time at all.The shop had a very friendly at atmosphere .I would recommend this place for great work friendly people and great prices
