Saleman Jim King is the WORST ever

I had the worst - EVER - experience with a car salesman at Borgman. The salesman`s name is Jim King. The worst piece of crap salesperson I`ve ever met. The story would take a book to explain and I`m not going to waste that much time writing about what an a-hole Jim King is. On the other hand, the Borgman Service Department is just fantastic. The Most Horrible Car Buying Experience of My Life!

If I could give this business -5 stars, I would. I only ordered a car from here to do a favor for the salesman husband of a co-worker. After promising my pre-order car would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, then having to wait 16 weeks, I went to pick up the car and found the sales department had ordered the wrong color interior and it was supposed to have Sirius Satellite Radio, which they didn`t order either, so the... view more factory did not install it --- nothing we can do says this dealer. In my latest dealing with them, the sales manager was so rude he even rolled his eyes at me -- several times! He twisted everything around to now be all my fault. That is easy for a car salesman to say, except that I have a witness that was with me through this entire process. This dealership is just upset because I spoke to someone at Ford Motor Company directly and it makes them look bad, which they actually can do on their own, without any help.
