Had some work done by Chad MAR 14, 2012. It is so pleasantly different, as an auto garage customer, to be consulted and informed at the beginning, during and upon completion of a procedure. My satisfaction was clearly important. Afterward, on the way home (rush hour), I had some concerns that may or may not still need to be addressed. So, I called from I-696 and Orchard Lake, several miles from the shop.
