they were great! I am in town from another state and my check engine light came on. I didn`t have my diagnostic instrument with me, and didn`t want to go all the way to Traverse City to get it checked. bayshore got me in that day (receptionist was great, very knowledgeable and straightforward with me that all they could do was run diagnostics, and friendly with me while I waited for the technician). NO MATTER WHEN I TAKE MY TRUCK THERE, THEY ALWAYS FIX IT RIGHT!! IM VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME, IM SO GLAD THERE IS A LOCAL PLACE TO GO TO. I HATED GOING UP TO TC AND PAYING HIGHER PRICES! AND IT IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET TIRES!

Always willing to work with me...

Always willing to work with me, even in emergency`s! Will pick up my car from work if i cant make it there! Never has been put aside, and always gets my car done ontime! And will even stay late for me if i cant make it after work intime! they always beat everyones prices!!!

Incompetency

If you need a flat tire fixed, they`ll probably be able to handle that. Anything more complicated BEWARE, take your car somewhere else.
